birdfair 2019: a look at what awaits you on the Kowa booth
25 June 2019
If you have been in business for 125 years, one may ascertain that you are quiet good at making and selling things. Kowa, one of the world's leading optics manufacturers, will be celebrating this year and you are invited to join them for their 125 year anniversary program of events at Birdfair 2019 for boat cruises, photography excursions and digiscoping classes from their team of experts.
BOAT CRUISES
Take a relaxing evening cruise around Rutland Water on the Rutland Belle.
Join the friendly, Kowa brand ambassadors for an evening excursion on Rutland Water. You will be able to observe the wonderful wildlife with their range of binoculars and spotting scopes provided on board. Who knows what species you will see (maybe osprey... 🤞) but whatever your ability and skill level, learn all about the wildlife, how to photograph it and much more on this tranquil trip. This event is free of charge and will include transportation from the Birdfair event to the boarding area. Places are limited and strictly first come, first served. To register, just go along to the Kowa Birdfair booth in the optics marquee (Stand #2) on the morning of your visit for the full itinerary details and to book your place. Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing.
PHOTOGRAPHY EXCURSIONS
Informative short nature walk and photography excursions around Rutland Water.
Ever wondered how some of those stunning wildlife images are captured? Then don't miss your chance to join the Kowa ambassadors team from the UK and USA for a short adventure around the shores of Rutland Water.
